I am a technically driven professional channeling deep technical expertise and a strong development foundation into software development and quality assurance, backed by a Computer Programmer Analyst diploma from George Brown College (Toronto) and 5+ years of enterprise-level technical experience. My background in technical support has given me a deep understanding of how software systems behave in real-world environments – diagnosing complex failures, identifying root causes, and ensuring quality outcomes under strict performance standards. These are exactly the skills that translate into strong development and QA work. On the technical side, I build applications using Java, JavaScript/TypeScript, React, Angular, and SQL, with hands-on project experience in Spring Boot, REST APIs, JSP, Servlets, MVC architecture, HTML, CSS, and Bootstrap.
